Bob Jennerich

Senior Pastor

I accepted the call to become Senior Pastor of Grace Redeemer Community Church in July, 2017. I received Jesus Christ as my Savior in my mid-thirties while working as a partner in a small law firm in New Jersey. After I was saved, God’s called me into ministry. My wife, Molly, and I and our two children, Allison and Brian sold our home in New Jersey and moved to Texas in 2011 so I could attend Dallas Theological Seminary.

I am passionate about learning and teaching God’s Word and watching the life changing transformation that comes with knowledge and love of the Lord Jesus Christ. If you would have told me 20 years ago that I would be pastoring a church in Texas today, I would have thought that you were crazy. This could only have happened by the power and the love of God.

In my spare time, I like to read, travel and exercise. I have finished 12 marathons. I am a sports fan, but mostly from the bleachers these days. One of my goals is to go to a game in every major league baseball stadium. I’m making excellent progress! I am most proud of my marriage to my best friend Molly, and my two awesome kids.

My wife, Cathy and I are the proud parents of six children and are dedicated to living our lives in obedient response to the call of Jesus Christ.  I received a Master’s Degree and PhD from Dallas Theological Seminary.  Although a Philadelphian by birth, I am a Texan by choice. I enjoy summers in Colorado, woodworking, reading American history, and ballroom dancing.

Worship Director

I received a BS in Vocal and Piano performance from Texas Woman’s University and a Masters of Arts in Worship Leadership from Dallas Baptist University.  I have served as Music Director in both small and large churches. I have worked with adult, children’s and hand bell choirs, orchestras, ensembles and worship teams, have been an accompanist, a soloist, and directed cantatas and musicals. I am a member of TDCA, RMTA, DMTA, TMTA, MTNA, SAI, and NATS and currently serve as an officer, vocal judge, and board member in several of these organizations.  My husband Mike and I feel very blessed that we have been able to minister in music together all of our married lives.
