Back to School Carnival

Friday October 27, 5:50-7:30 pm

Grace Redeemer will purchase:

          100 hot dogs and buns

          200 paper trays for hot dogs and nachos

          3 cans of cheese

          1 can chili

          3 boxes of tortilla chips

          200 napkins

          Soda drinks/water sold at concession

The church will bring:

          Cooker/foil

          2-4 industrial extension cords

          3 heavy duty power strips

We will need help with:

          3-4 crockpots (lent by members)

          8 servers 5:30 to 7:30pm

The donations needed from our members:

Candy, 2L soda bottles (need lots), gift cards ($20-25), sweets for Sweet walk, baskets to be auctioned off.
