O'Henry Carnival

e will be working from 4:30 to 7:30-8:00 pm. Those of us who plan to be there for most of the time should plan to meet at the church at 4:15, load up any equipment or donations, and then carpool together.  Carpooling saves the parking at the school for parents and visitors. 

If you have a Grace Redeemer t-shirt this is a great time to wear it!

At 4:30 we will set up the area. At 5:30 our church will begin working the food line, which will continue until 7:00 to 7:30, at which time we clean up.  You are welcome to come any time to help and to leave when you need to, but we need 7 to 9 people at any given time.

Donations can be brought to the church any Sunday before Oct. 24th and left in the storage area in the Fellowship Hall. The donations needed are:            

• Baskets to be raffled off

• Large bags of candy as prizes

• $25 gift cards as prizes

• Homemade or purchased goodies for the Sweet Walk

• 2L soda bottles for prizes for the Ring Toss

• Cases of water bottles
